Easy Halloween Treats
Even though my boys are older now, there are some traditions that have stood the test of time. One of their favorite fall traditions is our Halloween Dinner Party. We dress up in last year’s costumes, it’s funny to see how they kids have grown, and enjoy a spooky candle lit dinner. It’s typically nothing fancy, but there are always Halloween treats at their place settings.
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional.
Halloween Treats for Kids
I recently ordered a ton of fun Halloween treats and candies from Oriental Trading Company. They have the best selection and prices around, and I don’t have to go anywhere to get anything! Check out this fun Halloween Charcuterie Board I made last week.
I decided to go with a creepy spider dinner party theme this year. So, when I saw the coffins with spiders and slime, I knew I would order those for the boys’ place settings.
Halloween Decorations
I left our Halloween decorations on the table, I just added a few creepy spiders and fake webs around the dining area. Then, instead of place settings, I placed the coffins full of slime and spooky tags on each plate.
My boys are typical boys, and tend to fidget…a LOT, so the slime inside each coffin was a grossly fun activity for them while we served dinner.
Halloween Party Favors
