Last year, before the pandemic, I hosted an adults only Easter Egg Hunt. It was amazing, and so much fun. But, of course our egg hunters needed to have a bag to hold all of their finds. So, I made everyone an Easy DIY Easter Bag.
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional.
Easter SVG
My aunt and I created this fun SVG file for the bags. It was so fun to have her help, and show her how easy it is to create something custom from a drawing!
I have loads of darling Easter cut files for Cricut and Silhouette. These Adorable Easter SVG Files are perfect for bags, shirts, and even pet clothes! And, this Totally Free SVG Blog Hop Vintage Easter Truck SVG is super popular!
Make an Easy DIY Easter Bag
This fun little bag was super easy to make, and I think I will even make some this year to use as gift bags! If you are crafty, you probably have all the supplies on hand to make your own, but if you don’t I made an Amazon shopping list for you. Be sure to check out my Amazon Store for more Cricut supplies, and decor ideas too!
- Hoppy Easter SVG – use the code HOPPYEASTER to download it FREE
- Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine
- HTV or permanent vinyl
- EasyPress
- Blank Tote Bag
Begin by downloading the file from the shop. Then, upload it to Design Space. Size it to fit your tote bag or shirt.
Next, send the image to cut. Don’t forget to place the HTV on the cutting mat shiny side down and mirror the cut.
Once the image is cut, weed the excess HTV, and press onto the bag or shirt.
That’s it! This cute little Hoppy Easter bag was done in minutes and was so perfect for our egg hunt!
