Simple Halloween Treat Cone

Simple Halloween Treat Cone.  I am so in love with this 5 minute craft.  I am on the Laura Kelly Design Team, and I get to be among the first to play with her new products.  I can say hands down that her new line of paper from Adornit is absolutely my favorite new product!  

I was sent a box of happy, and I was literally too busy to even look at it all until yesterday…I am so glad I waited until I could really look at everything and take it all in!  Last year I made a few Boo Buckets for some friends, but I wanted to expand my Boo’ing this year without increasing my own costs too much.  These simple Halloween treat cones are PERFECT!  You can make 2 cones from each 12″x12″ sheet of paper.  Cut diagonally, and roll into a cone shape.  There are tons of tutorials on how to make them, and they literally take about 90 seconds to make, including adding double sided tape.  Once I had some cones made, I made rosettes.  I cut 1″ strips of Laura Kelly paper and then folded them accordion style.  I glued two together and then flipped them to make a rosette.  I hot glued small round circles in the center on the front and back of the rosette to keep it together.  For a little pop of Halloween fun, I added a spider sticker to the circle on the rosette.  I hot glued the rosette to the front of the cone, added a ribbon handle to the cone, and filled it with one of our favorite treats, Chocolate Caramel Creams! 

In less than 5 minutes, I had a cute Halloween Treat Cone full of yummy treats!
