Valentine’s Pinwheel
I must admit, I really like Valentine’s Day treats that are not candy…I know, I know, I know. But, there is such a thing as too much candy, especially when you have a lot of kids! So, when Stefani texted me a picture of her son’s Valentine’s Pinwheel, I begged asked her to share the DIY with me so I could put it online. Her Valentine’s Pinwheel is simple enough to assemble enough for the whole class tonight! She has even included FREE PRINTABLES to go with it!
This is just too cute!
From Stefani:
Looking for a non candy valentine treat? Here’s a fun idea. Attach a pinwheel to a card that says, “Valentine you make me twirl”
Pinwheel DIY
Using a square piece of paper, cut from each corner to 1/2″ from the center.
Fold ever other corner to the center and attach with a brad.
Then attach the brad to a paper straw.
*If you wanted a more sturdy handle, you could use a Valentine’s pencil instead of a straw*
