Ugly Sweater Party with Wallternatives

Ugly Sweater Parties are just so much fun! We hosted one for the Winter issue of EPM.  But, the idea for the party wasn’t decided until I saw this fabulous and fun

Reindeer Dress Up Removable Christmas Wall Decal Set!  I mean, seriously, how great is he?  

I love Wallternatives for so many reasons!  They are simple to use, always adorable, and really affordable.  

For this party, I took down a few of our wall hanging frames (and slid them under the sofa, shhh) and stuck the reindeer on the wall.  I centered him above our wine and liquor cabinet. I used the top of the cabinet as the dessert table, our guests brought apps and we put all the apps on the kitchen island.  All the desserts were store bought.  Party prep was a breeze, and this was such a fun party!  And, since we hosted the party before Halloween, I was able easily peel the Wallternative off the wall and store him until last week and hang him back up.  He looks as fabulous now as he did for our party too.  

I love his hat and jingle bell wreath necklace, but if that isn’t your style, those are totally optional additions, and don’t have to be stuck on.  If you decide to try it, and then want to change it up a little, they peel off really easily as well!
