My family is so excited to be able to watch pro sports again. And, truthfully, I am almost as excited as the guys are. We are, however, missing the food we indulge in when we watch sports live. There is just something about the terrible food you can eat while you watch a game. So, I thought I would put together a tray of easy tailgate food for us to enjoy while we watched our favorite games.
Tailgate Food Ideas
I *really miss sitting in the parking lot in front of an arena with my friends drinking a beer or coke and snacking on foods.
Last year, I styled a Rustic Tailgate Party that was as fun as it was beautiful. And, as a hockey mom, we had loads of early morning games, so I would put together something like this Breakfast Tailgate Party.
The Best Recipes
This corn salsa recipe is one of my favorites for any party! But, this Easy Super Bowl Party Snack is just a yummy treat whenever.
My friend, Pineapple Paper Co, has an awesome post or the perfect Football Party Menu too!
DIY Snack Charcuterie Board
Since our celebrations are limited to just our immediate family right now, I thought it would be fun to order a bunch of snacks we don’t typically eat, and make a tray full of snacks!
I filled our wood serving tray with easy to grab finger foods, dips, and one bite snacks.
From boneless chicken wings and celery, to fresh grilled sausage bites with fresh tomatoes, our charcuterie board was full of delicious food everyone could enjoy!
It was such an easy and fun way to enjoy watching sports again. And it looked a lot better than just grabbing everything off the baking sheet.
