Double Double Toil and Trouble Witches Cauldron DIY

Double Double, toil and trouble!  Fire burn and cauldron bubble…one of my favorite Shakespearian lines, it really is such a great Halloween quote!  I was asked to participate in the Handmade Halloween Link Up again this year, and I am thrilled to share this fun and simple DIY on Cupcake Wishes and Birthday Dreams‘  blog today!  With just a few dollars in supplies, a few minutes of work and about an hour of drying time, you can make your very own Double Double Toil and Trouble Witches Cauldron.
