Welcome Summer
Welcome Summer! My boys have been out of school for just about three weeks, but before the school year ended, I made a Welcome Summer gift bag for my youngest son’s teacher. She has a special place in our heart and we are sad to not have her next year.

I started with a simple canvas bag from Target, I embellished it with a monogrammed pineapple, and filled it with awesome summer goodies…A beach towel, new flip flops, drinks, a magazine, Sugarfina candies, nail polish, and more. But, I needed to add a sweet tag to the front!
DIY Tag Supplies:
Pink and Main Aloha Pineapple Stamp Set
Water Color Paint and Paint Brush
I quickly pulled out my Xyron Sticker Maker, and some supplies from Pink and Main. I started by cutting two pineapples, one slightly larger than the other. The larger one was cut from yellow polka dotted paper from Pink and Main, the smaller one was cut from watercolor paper. My son painted it yellow and green, and I stamped it with green ink and a Pink and Main “thanks” stamp. I ran it through my Xyron Sticker Maker and layered it on top of the larger pineapple.
I added a loop tie to the tag, and hung it on the gift bag. Voila! Super easy and adorable!
Be sure to hop over to Pet Scribbles’ blog to see what amazing project she crafted, and then go to Xyron’s Facebook page and like and comment on any Pink and Main post for a chance to win a prize pack from Xyron and Pink and Main!
