Free Printable Valentine’s Day Tags My Heart Beats for You. Each year for Valentine’s Day, there is a struggle at my house. My boys want to give their classmates treats, but they don’t want anything too baby-ish, cutesy, or girly. And, as a mama of four boys, I can tell you the struggle is real. Those are tough standards to have to work with for a simple class treat! Be sure to read all the way to the bottom for a link to over 40 more fabulous Valentine’s Day projects!
This year, I found several options the boys not only like, but really love. I found these great drumstick pens from Oriental Trading Company, and I knew they would make a fun class treat. No candy, no food allergies, not too cutesy, not especially gender specific…These pens were less than $4 for a package of 6 and they are real wood, good quality pens. My sons were super excited when I opened the package. Truthfully, so was I. I expected them to be plastic and feel cheap, I was happy to be wrong!
Then, with a little input from the crew, I created these fun tags to go on the pens. The boys like the “old fashioned tattoo font” and the cool background. I put 12 on a page, and they can be used as party circles for cupcake toppers, or even gift bag tags. Please just remember, free printables are for personal use. They cannot be edited, altered, or resold.
