Alphabet Printable Art
Alphabet Printable Art. As a parent and a former teacher, I am always making encouraging my kids read and create things that stimulate growth and learning. It’s even better when those things are disguised as toys or even art! I also love having things in my home that are from family. I hung my own embroidered alphabet art from my Mimi in my boys’ rooms when they were toddlers.
When my sister asked if I could help her create small “favors” for her students to take home after Back to School night, I knew I wanted to make something useful, fun, and something the kids could learn with. So, I created this alphabet print, which, by itself, is so perfect to hang in a nursery, or use as part of a party. {My youngest had a letters and numbers birthday party theme when he was in pre-k, and the printables and the puzzles would have been SO PERFECT for the party!} Print the alphabet and place it in a frame, and tie a soft matching stuffed animal on top for a darling baby shower gift!
I used my Cricut and a puzzle cut file from JGoode Designs to create the take home favors for my sister’s class. You can find the step by step directions on Jen’s blog, 100 Directions. I also thought it would be cute to have the printable printed on a poster for my sister’s classroom too.
