Skeleton Fever Party

Welcome ghosts and goblins and creatures of night! Our Skeleton Fever party is sure to fright! OK, not really!

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, so I always have fun creating new and whimsical designs for this occasion. This year was no different, other than I stared gathering the supplies last year on clearance.

It was amazing to me how many skeleton items were left over! So there I was standing in the Halloween isle in Target, the day after Halloween trying to figure out if there was anything I just HAD to HAVE. And it hit me ~ a skeleton party for next year! I looked for all the items to be a little beat up ~ it just looks better that way! When I decided to start designing this party, I took everything out and set it up on my dining room table, then I decided to throw in some unexpected items, like using the mantel to place all of our treats and decor on, instead of a traditional table. Incorporating the large mirror over the fireplace as the main focal point. I broke out the spray paint and glitter and got to work! I had so much fun designing and styling this party!
