Star Wars Popcorn Box
I shared our super fun after school Star Wars Movie Party earlier, and I wanted to take a minute to share how easy it is to make your own amazing Star Wars Popcorn Box. My kids ALWAYS fight over the large bowl of popcorn, so I like to give them their own containers. I also hate adding more dishes to the pile, so I like the throw away options. That said, I cannot ever remember to actually buy the small bags when I am at Michael’s or the Dollar Tree, so I often resort to making my own. The ones I made for our Star Wars Party are the easiest I have ever made, and were the perfect size for the kiddos!
Supplies:
Sizzix Big Shot
Sizzix Bigz Die – Bag Favor
Glitter Card Stock
Hot Glue Gun and Glue
Star Wars Emblems (I used key chains from the Target Dollar Spot, but you could print and cut some out, or even use stickers)
Cut your card stock in half. Each sheet will make 2 boxes. Make a sizzix sandwich; Cutting Pad, Die, Card Stock, Cutting Pad. Roll it through your Big Shot. Do this twice for EACH box.
Hot glue the box together. I added a thin bead to the tabs, and the bottom of the box for stability.
Embellish as desired. I removed the chains from Star Wars key chains I picked up at Target and attached it with glue dots so we could save the key chains after the party.
Fill with popcorn or other small treat!
