Creativities Galore Halloween DIY
Blanca from Creativities Galore shares DIY tips to recreate the Halloween Party featured in Everyday Party Magazine Fall 2013 Issue 3.
Hello everyone Blanca here from Creativities Galore and I am going to share some cute and easy Halloween crafts that were featured in the Fall issue of Everyday Party Magazine. At our party the children were between the ages 2-5 so the crafts were easy enough that they wouldn’t get frustrated. For all of the crafts I did most of the preparation ahead of time again to eliminate any frustration.
Craft #1 Decorate your own haunted house: I used cardboard to build the houses, the roof and side walls are all the same size 4×3 inches and the front and back are 3×3 with the top coming together at a point to make the house feature. I glued all the pieces together and spray painted them black. At the party the kids used foam stickers and windows (grey cardstock cutouts done by me to look like windows) to decorate their haunted house.
Craft #2 Jack O Lantern: This one was the easiest from all 3 I had pre-cut the foam pumpkins and the eyes and mouth so all the kids had to do was choose and glue the pieces to the pumpkin.
Craft #3 Frankenstein puppet: I used a brown lunch bag, green cardstock, black cardstock and a black marker. The kids glued the green and then the black paper with some triangles cutout to represent his hair then they just drew a face with the marker.
I hope your kids enjoy these fun Halloween crafts!
