Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Party. One of my favorite family traditions during the holiday season is our annual classic cartoon viewing party. We gather together in our family room, in fuzzy socks and warm jammies and watch a classic holiday cartoon. We snack on sweet treats, do fun crafts, and just enjoy time together. Sometimes we invite friends and extended family to join us, other times it’s just our immediate family. This year, I decided I wanted to watch Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer! Thankfully, Oriental Trading Company had me covered! I ordered a cupcake stand, napkins, favor boxes, diy photo frames, candies, and even a giant inflatable Abominable Snowman! While the boys were at school, I set up a table in front of the fireplace, next to the Christmas Tree. I bought all the treats this year to make it easier for me. Snowball cupcakes, and Jet Puffed Marshmallows were the perfect treats for the cupcake stand. I filled glass apothecary jars with peppermint sticks, reindeer nose candies, and more marshmallows for snacking on and to add to hot cocoa. One of the boys’ old Build A Bear stuffed toys is a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, so he was placed in the center of the table with a small Abominable Snowman stuffed toy Santa brought for our dog.I put some of the favor boxes on the table in front of rustic trees. The favor boxes had more reindeer nose candies, some Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer candy tins and lollipops from World Market, small bottles of melted snow, and crayons for the kids. Before we all settled in to watch the show, we turned on our snow machine in the house to let the kids play in the snow! It was so much fun, and it turned out to be the perfect way to end a busy holiday week.
