Chocolate Caramel Cream Lava Cake

Chocolate Caramel Cream Lava Cake. I am a sucker for a good lava cake…I love the molten gooey chocolate goodness with creamy cold ice cream. It is probably one of my favorite desserts to order when I eat out.

I wanted to try to make Chocolate Caramel Cream Lava Cake at home. I was a tiny bit intimidated at first, but, I decided to give it a try, and I am SO happy I did! Gooey chocolate cake goodness with melted caramel and cream Cow Tales candies, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and chopped Cow Tales candies! YESSS!!!! 

[yumprint-recipe id=’131′]I made a double batch of these, and froze the extras to make quick desserts any time I want it. I think I may make them in cupcake tin next time, so it’s a smaller treat!

I am so glad I finally tried to make these on my own. I tweaked several recipes I found online to create one that gave me the flavors and taste I like. 

The kids have asked me to make more {I didn’t tell them about the extra ones in the freezer}, so I think I will make several for them for Valentine’s Day and serve it with fresh berries.
