Are you going to see the new Batman vs Superman movie this weekend? We got early tickets and hosted a small pre movie Batman Vs Superman Watch Party at the house yesterday. I won’t share any spoilers, but it was AWESOME! We hosted our little party for our friends and family joining us at the movie just after dinner, before we went to see the movie.

I ordered some posters, post cards, and buttons from Zazzle (my son was seriously like a kid in a candy store picking everything out!), grabbed some movie theater style candies from the Dollar Tree, and set out some Coca Colas for everyone to enjoy and talk about the movie before we went. My boys have some very hard core opinions about their favorite superheroes, so it led to some heated talks. 🙂 The backdrop for the table was faux brick with a superhero poster on the back. I popped some popcorn in our vintage style popcorn machine, and added the boxed candy to a caddy I keep the video game remotes in. I used posters on the table and to decorate a box I set the Coca Colas on. The extra post cards were perfect for a banner on the front of the table.

The great thing about this party was my boys were able to hang the posters in their rooms, and the post cards were perfect invitations!

I was able to set the entire party up in just under 20 minutes, including popping the popcorn! It was so worth it to hear the kids talk about their favorite superhero. Popcorn flew through the living room with laughter.
