Happy Hanukkah
Happy Hanukkah. I have a few simple and fun ideas for your Hanukkah celebrations.
Staci from Lizard and Ladybug shares a few fun food crafts the kids can do! Marshmallows, candy melts, a Hershey’s kiss, and a blue paper straw are all you need to make fun, edible dreidels! And mini cookies or muffins stacked on a white serving tray with blue candles make a great alternative to a traditional menorah!
This weekend, I made an easy dreidel with a piece of scrap 4″x4″ lumber, blue Krylon spray paint, and a little piece of PVC. It took me longer to figure out the math(?) to cut the correct angles than it did to cut and paint it. My kids have played with it a few times, and it’s not a great spinning dreidel, but, my boys love it anyway!
May love and light fill your home and heart at Hanukkah!
