Thanksgiving Leftover Tags.  Each year we host our family for Thanksgiving, and we are some of the very few people I know that don’t particularly care for holiday food leftovers…our family, however, loves all the leftovers.  So, typically, everyone is sent home with tons of take and toss plastic bowls shoved into whatever bag is close by.  But, I got smart this year, and bought cute bags, and special containers just for leftovers wayyyy ahead of time.  Like in August…and I put them with our roasting pan so I wouldn’t lose them.  (I know myself pretty well)

But, I can’t just have a bunch of bags on the counter or my vegetarian mom may end up with my father in law’s turkey…So, I fired up my Cricut Explore Air 2 and made some cute little fill in the blank tags!  They were done and cut in less time than it takes me to baste the bird.  And, to make it easier for you all, I saved the canvas so you just have to open the page, turn on your machine, add a pen, and go!  

I chose to leave the name area blank, but you could very easily add everyone’s name to this and have totally custom tags.  Simply copy and paste as many tags as you need, and add a text box to each blank space, and fill in the names of your guests.  

 

 

Kraft paper bags from the Dollar Tree are perfect to hold the containers of leftovers.  I added a cute little bow to the bags since I am obsessed with making them now that I know how!
