Shark Sunglasses DIY
Supplies:
Cricut Access – Shark Mouth
Dollar Tree Sunglasses
Measure the lens of your sunglasses and size your image in Cricut Design Space to fit the lens. Send the image to the mat, and cut it. I used window cling so I could remove it easily if I wanted to, but vinyl would work too. Your image may overlap the frame some, but that is ok, it’s an easy fix!
Apply the window cling to the lenses in the middle. The shark’s jaws have a nice size hole in the middle so vision isn’t impaired. I had a little bit of window cling overlap onto my glasses frames, so I used my PenBlade knife to trim it along the inside edge of the lens. I could have recut the image, but I wanted a larger opening in the middle of the lens, and you can hardly tell I had to cut anything off the window cling. (And, I didn’t want to do math…) I love using the PenBlade for quick fixes or precise cuts. PenBlades are made of surgical grade materials, and will slice through anything with ease!
