I replied to your email as well.
I am not seeing an order for you or a processed payment. I am not sure why it would show that you were charged $39.95. I don’t have anything for that price and there is no way to get that price on any order. If you ordered 20 items at $1.99 each, it would be $39.80. And, if you ordered 21 items at $1.99 each, it would be $41.79.
I’m truly sorry, I am at a loss on this.
