Peach Hand Pie Peaches


  • 3-4 Fresh peaches - peeled
  • 1 package Pastry shells
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1//4 Cup Sugar


  1. Peel and slice peaches.

  2. Place peeled peaches on pastry sheel and wrap closed.

  3. Brush with egg white, and sprinkle with sugar

  4. Bake according to pastry shell instructions.

  5. Enjoy with fresh whipped cream, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
