Fresh Salsa


  • 3 Fresh Peaches
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Pepper We used a jalapeno pepper, but any spicy pepper will do
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro This can be omitted if you don't like cilantro


  1. Wash and chop the peaches, tomatoes, onion, pepper, and cilantro.

  2. Place all of the chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Slice the lime, and squeeze the juice into the salsa.

  4. Stir the salsa to mix all of the ingredients.

  5. Refrigerate in an airtight container overnight. Then, serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
