Slice Smoked Pork Tenderloin - we rubbed it with our favorite BBQ seasoning and smoked it on the grill at 300* for about 90 minutes.
Add a thin layer of mustard on the bottom of the Cuban loaf. I cut my loaf into three equal sections to make it easier to press.
Stack pork, ham, and swiss onto the cuban bread. Then, replace the top of the bread.
Place the sandwich in the grill pan over medium heat and press. Once the sandwich is crispy, flip and press again.
Remove the sandwich from the grill pan and cut in half lengthwise. Then, cut into bite sizes.
Top with a pickle and bamboo fork.
