Salted Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream Salted Caramel Liqueur
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter Salted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Brown Sugar or White Sugar is fine
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Salt Optional
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8-9 Slices Thick Bread Stale bread is perfect for this recipe
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Use a whisk to mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, extract and eggs in a large mixing bowl.

     Heat milk, liqueur, and butter over medium heat until butter melts. 

    Cube the bread, and toss into bowl with egg and sugar mix.

    Slowly pour the melted butter, milk, and liqueur over the bread.

    Toss the bread with milk and egg mix.

    Put the (now wet) bread into a casserole dish and bake at 350* for 50-55 min., or until a toothpick placed in the center comes out clean.
