The Ultimate Hot Dog

Ingredients

  • 1 Hot Dog
  • 1 Hot Dog Bun a good one
  • 1 piece Bacon par cooked
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1-2 TBS Fried Onions
  • 1-2 TBS BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Par cook bacon

  2. Wrap bacon around an uncooked hot dog and secure with a toothpick

  3. Cook the hot dog/finish cooking the bacon. This can be done in a frying pan, on the grill, or in the oven.

  4. Place the bacon wrapped hot dog in a bun, and remove the toothpick.

  5. Top with fried onions, blue cheese, and drizzle with BBQ Sauce.
