Easy Boozy Popsicles
Florida is currently a sweltering 98* with ridiculous humidity, but not enough to actually rain and cool the air. It’s grossly hot, and all I want to do is eat popsicles and ice, or swim in the pool with 50 pound blocks of ice thrown in. Since I have already eaten a crazy amount of store bought popsicles, I decided to try making some. And then, I decided to make some boozy popsicles, because I am an adult.
Alcoholic Popsicles
I super love the alcoholic ice pops you can {sometimes} find at the store. However, they are expensive and can be hard to find. They are crazy easy to make and taste delicious! Plus, you can make just about any flavor liquor popsicle you fancy!
Make Frozen Alcohol Pops
I wanted to make a creamy popsicle, so I used Jackson Morgan Southern Cream to make push pop style popsicles. My “recipe” is just two ingredients, and they are amazing and totally refreshing on a sweltering summer day!
I used my Margaritaville Mixer to blend Jackson Morgan Southern Cream Whipped Orange Cream and ice into a creamy smoothie. Next, I poured the smoothie mixture into reusable push-pop containers and froze them for several hours.
These delicious frozen alcohol popsicles are perfect for hot summer days on the porch or for parties with friends!
