Cookies and Cream S’mores Recipe
It’s summertime, and that means we are eating s’mores like it’s our job. And while we super duper love traditional s’mores, we all also love trying new s’mores recipes too! Our current favorite is Cookies and Cream S’mores. The recipe is simple, and the s’mores are to die for!

S’mores With Cookies
One of our favorite ways to change up our s’mores is with cookies.
I recently invited a few of the boys friends over for a game party and we, unbelievably, had extra CHIPS AHOY cookies left over.
So, the next time we had a fire in the fire pit, we grabbed a few of those extra cookies.
Some of the boys put chocolate in the middle, but I added a little bit of chocolate butter cream frosting to one cookie. And, then, I died and went right to heaven, because, y’all, they are just that darn good!

Cookies and Cream S'mores Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar sifted
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder sifted
- 1/8 Cup Heavy Cream add more as needed
- 1 1/2 Stick Butter room temp
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions

Add ingredients to bowl and mix

Spread chocolate buttercream onto the bottom of a chocolate chip cookie, and sandwich a roasted marshmallow in between.
Spread a little chocolate butter cream on the bottom of CHIPS AHOY cookie(s).
Roast marshmallow(s).
Sandwich marshmallow between one frosted and one unfrosted cookie.
Sit down before you eat this Cookies and Cream S’more, because your knees will buckle!
