This printable is near and dear to my heart. A long time ago, before kids, before blogging, before I really knew what in the world I was doing with myself, I was a pre-k teacher. I loved getting little learners ready for kindergarten and beyond. Of course we learned through play, but we also loved to have quiet time to color and recharge. So, this F*R*E*E printable alphabet coloring page is one of my favorite printables ever. And, there are links to so many more ABC themed printables below!

Free Learning Printables

Typically I share printables for elementary school aged learners. And, while this ABC coloring page is good for early elementary schoolers, it’s really best suited for pre-kindergarten aged children.

Printable activity sheets are such an important part of learning. Obviously, they are supplements to traditional lesson plans. But, they are also a fun way to disguise lessons that may not be as engaging otherwise.

Some of my favorites are multi-activity printables, they are perfect for quiet time in a classroom or during travel. They are also really great for party favors.

This ABC coloring page is so much fun. Each letter of the alphabet has a coordinating animal to color. And, I added the name of each animal near the alphabet letter to help identify and even learn a little about each critter.

Do you know what a Urial is? It looks like a ram, but is a sheep that is native to Asia.
