Last Minute Teacher Appreciation Gift Idea
Last Minute Teacher Appreciation Gift Idea. It’s teacher appreciation week…literally, it started this week…guess who isn’t ready? {I’ll be over here raising my hand} But, I was wandering through HomeGoods, as one does when there is work to be done…and I saw these darling little bee water bottles, so I grabbed them and thought about what I could use them for.
I remembered it was Teacher Appreciation Week last night…and I had the buckets already from the Teacher Appreciation Tags that Pineapple Paper Co. made…I quickly gathered those up, and got them ready for the teachers. But, there are 5 school days this week, and I had one gift. {Yay me} What can Teacher Appreciation Week gifts can I find? Affordably, and easily? Then, I remembered the cute little bee water bottles.
I decided check out Cricut Design Space to see what cute little bee designs they had, and much to my delight, there were TONS of options.
To make these adorable last minute teacher appreciation gifts, you need a few minutes and these supplies:
*Optional – Vinyl for plain water bottles
Open this cut file, or create your own. I used a print then cut banner and sized it to fit the water bottles. Next, I added the text, and ungrouped it, moved each letter together, and welded them. Using the align tool, I centered the text over the banner, and selected both objects, and flattened them.
Next, I sent the design to print then cut.
After the tags were cut, I tied them to the water bottles and added a Starbucks gift card.
If you can’t find the cute little bee bottles, you could add a little vinyl bee to a plain bottle.
I may just make it through Teacher Appreciation Week this year!
