Indoor Party Games
Since the weather is totally unpredictable for Halloween season, I wanted to share games that could be played indoors as well as outdoors.
The Free Printable Halloween Game – Pin the Spider on the Web is already one of the most popular posts for this month! And, this spooky Halloween Bucket Toss Game is great for kids and adults of all ages!
Kids Party Games
Growing up, I always love the classic party games. Pin the tail on the donkey, bucket toss, and the carnival classic, ring toss.
And, I wanted to take those classics and give them a Halloween twist. But, also make them safe to play.
Make a Halloween Ring Toss
This ring toss game was so fun to make! And I love, love, love the end result! I used the tiny witch hats from last year’s Halloween Costume with The Cricut Easy Press Mini, and sized them to fit six on a foam core board. (And, I even made it easy for you, here is the cut file for the hats, and the text)
I used (Amazon Affiliate Link) Kunin Felt to make the hats, I like how stiff it is, it’s perfect for little witch hats. Just set the Maker to the acrylic felt setting and my rotary blade cuts them in no time. Each hat uses one 12×9″ piece of felt. After they were all cut, I used hot glue to assemble them, and more hot glue to secure them to the foam core board.
Then, I cut the text from card stock. I used my (Amazon Affiliate Link) Xyron Creative Station to apply adhesive to the backs of the text and secure it to the board.
Finally, I used inexpensive glow stick bracelets as the rings for tossing. Be sure to give each player their own glow stick bracelets. (Different colors for each child will help keep them keep track of their own rings)
This game board can be played on a flat surface or leaned against a wall. Either way, it’s a great game for Halloween parties of all sizes.
