My boys never had an Elf visitor, and I am so very thankful. But, my niece and nephew do, and I have helped my sister in the past with simple ideas anyone can do!

And, these ideas can be reused from year to year!

My sister’s kids’ elf loves to play hockey, and that is what inspired this Elf of the Shelf Hockey Activity. It’s super easy to set this one up, and your littles can play with it for the season before it gets packed away for next year. This Elf on a Shelf Movie Night is another simple activity that can be reused for years to come…plus it’s a great way to set up a family movie night.

Easy Elf on the Shelf Activity

This easy activity can be reused just like the movie night and hockey activities. And, like movie night, it’s a great way to set up a fun family activity too!

For this Elf activity, you will need a small baking kit. I got this set at 5 Below, but you can find similar ones on Amazon, here.

After you have the baking set, set up your elf on the kitchen counter with a small bowl of all purpose flour, some chocolate chips, and the little baking set you purchased.

Then, use the opportunity to do some holiday baking with your littles and their Elf!
