Halloween Silhouette Party

Halloween Silhouette Party. My sister’s birthday is this weekend, and we always use Halloween decorations for her birthday dinner and celebration. This year, I went with a simple orange and black Halloween Silhouette.

I was able to order nearly everything I needed for the party from Oriental Trading Company, and I cannot even tell you how awesome it is to be able to order online. I already know and trust the quality of OTC products, so it’s a breeze to click and order. I did pick up some matching treat cups from HomeGoods on a recent trip…and it was totally accidental, and I LOVE when that happens!

Instead of a table cloth, I used a black and orange half circle bunting. I love getting things I can reuse over and over, so these heavy cloth buntings were a must buy. I only used one, but it was a great pop of color against the white table. 

I ordered a fun haunted house centerpiece for the table, and flanked it with a cake, some candy, a decorated pumpkin, and the plates, cups, and napkins. In front of the haunted house I filled treat cups with popcorn. 

The cake, a pumpkin, and the candy jar were decorated with the cutest mini witch hats. And, of course, there are enough to wear as party hats too! 

This was almost literally a party in a box, and while I love DIY’ing party aspects from time to time, I also love simple, no stress parties, and this certainly fit the bill!
