I mentioned earlier that my kids were not thrilled with my lack of Easter decor this year…I have also mentioned that I am not a huge fan of using the same decorations every year. Last year, I ordered an adorable Bunny Die from Sizzix, and only used it once. Until this year! Inspired by felt bunting I saw in the Dollar Spot at Target (where else, right?) I went home and made my own Simple Easter Banner in a color palette I love! It took just a few minutes to cut all the bunnies, hot glue their fluffy tails on, and then attach them to some muslin style ribbon.
Supplies:
Sizzix Bigz Die – Easter Elements
Felt
Acrylic Pom Poms
Ribbon
Hot Glue Gun and Glue
Cut the bunnies using the Sizzix sandwich; cutting pad, die, felt, cutting pad.
Use hot glue to attach pom pom tails
Use hot glue to attach felt bunnies to the ribbon
Hang and fall in love!
